The 3D printing space at SPOT is providing students with advanced resources, training and coaching for rapid prototyping.

With a community of more than 500 trained users each year, this modern and evolutionary workshop serves as a 24/7 3D printing farm that produces tens of thousands parts per year.

We are equiped with reliable and well-maintained machines that enable students to learn, innovate and meet their challenges successfully.

Because sustainability is one of our primary concerns, we choose the most eco-friendly machines and consumables, and we work towards recycling our plastic waste!

3Devo Filament Maker

Filament extrusion system, used for recycling PETG waste into new filament! This equipement is part of an ongoing recycling project. Only students involved in the project can use it.

Formlabs Form 3+

SPOT - 3D printing

Only under supervison. SLA (resin) 3D printer for high quality surfaces, precision, details, specific properties. - Build volume : 145 x 145 x 185 mm - Materials: Standard, Clear, high rigidity, elastic, high temp, etc.

Revopoint 3D Scanner

SPOT - 3D printing

A simple 3D scanner at your disposal for you 3D scanning needs. Can be used as a handheld or table top scanner. Contact Sébastien for further information.

Prusa Pro HT90

SPOT - 3D printing

Only under supervison. Very fast and high performance FDM 3D printer. Build volume: Ø300 × 400 mm. For PET-G but also more technical materials, including PEEK!!!
