ME-314 - Concurrent engineering
Description
The students are organized in small teams, each of which is responsible for a sub-project that is part of a larger project involving several groups of students. They are confronted for the first time with the realization of an engineering project integrating several aspects of mechanical engineering. This project allows them to put into practice, on concrete problems, the domain and transversal skills acquired during the first four semesters of study. A few hours of the project will be devoted to training in project management, in particular: research and information management, project planning and follow-up, group organization and communication, technical report writing, preparation of poster presentations.
End-of-project objective
Develop a functional prototype in the field chosen
Number of students
There are usually 5-10 students doing this project.
