Ok, so the video shows the MK3 procedure. Don't panic, the MK4 interface is even easier to use.
In the main menu, just go to Filament. You can then unload the filament if necessary, or just Load filament if the printer is empty.
The next steps are basically the same. Just follow the printer's instructions and be sure to purge one or two times.

And remember, the filament will give better results if it's dry!
So please, put back your spool in the drying cabinet after printing, whle being careful not to create tangles when handling the filament.
