EMBRYO - How to submit an embryo project proposal and what are the requirements ?

The steps to be accepted as an embryo projects are the following:

Meet with Julien Delisle to present your idea informally
If the embryo category is adapted to help you, a second meeting will be organized with at least one technical coach, in order to evaluate the feasibility
After this second meeting, and if the project is accepted, expectations will be clarified. Depending on the “track” (futur MAKE project for education, futur entrepreneurial project of futur project aiming at impacting society) different objectives will be set
The coordination team of embryo projects expects the students to proactively update them on their progress
At the end of the embryo phase (end of Mai) a presentation will be asked to the different embryo projects
