GUIDELINE - How to register project member from another school

Within an interdisciplinary MAKE project, it is permissible to recruit members who are students from a school other than EPFL, or members who are no longer currently students. However, these cases must remain in the minority within the association, which is recognized by the EPFL MAKE program.

In the event of the arrival of a member who does not have EPFL accreditation, it is possible to give him/her access to the same rights as other team members on campus by following the procedure below.

1. Write to association.epfl.ch to create a Gaspar host account and make a camipro card.
2. Contact Julien Delisle to receive access to online training.
3. Complete the necessary training online. (Register as a MAKE project member)
