GUIDELINES - How to register a student from another school in my project

Within an interdisciplinary MAKE project, it is permissible to recruit members who are students from a school other than EPFL, or members who are no longer currently students. However, these cases must remain in the minority within the association, which is recognized by the EPFL MAKE program.

In the event of the arrival of a member who does not have EPFL accreditation, it is possible to give him/her access to the same rights as other team members on campus by following the procedure below.

1. Write an email to associations@epfl.ch to create a GUEST entra ID (microsoft authentification) host account and get a GUEST camipro card.
2. Once the camipro is acquired and the entra ID account created, contact Julien Delisle to receive special access to the online training.
3. Complete the online training. (Register as a MAKE project member) –> camipro access will be granted
