How to ask for the financial support validate by the MAKE committee? [MAKE wiki]

====== How to ask for the financial support validate by the MAKE committee?  ======

This procedure is adressed to administrative specialists / secretary of EPFL laboratories (or center) supervising MAKE projects.

Reminder: The timeline to be granted financial support is the following:
  - Submit a project proposal to the MAKE committee (see the [[public:admin:make_selection_process|selection process here]])
  - If the MAKE committee selects a project for funding, the MAKE committee might have some conditions to be filled before receiving the funding (to see with Julien Delisle)
  - Only if all conditions are met, then you can proceed with the transfert demand by following the steps here under 

Internal transfert demand:
  - Go on [[https://support.epfl.ch|support.epfl.ch]]
  - Search for "internal transfer", click on the first result of your search

To complete the demand you have to fill up the fields as follow:
  * //Purpose of tranfer// --> Financial support for the MAKE project //NAME_OF_PROJECT// for the academic year //20XX-20XX//
  * //Fund to be debited// --> 1866-2  
  * //Fund to be credited// --> Indicate the fund number (most projects have **dedicated funds** opened for the project, if this is not the case you can use a "mandat divers" fund)
  * //Amount// --> Indicate the amount on the grant letter 
  * Click on the box "Transfer justification (email, grant letter... etc)"
  * //Attachment// --> Attach the grant letter sent by MAKE
