Meeting rooms are reserved for interdisciplinary projects. These are spaces designed for team meetings and discussions around an interdisciplinary project. Please respect this rule, do not book meeting rooms if you are not going to use it and honor the reserved time slots.

====== Book a meeting room  ======

Do you need to organize a meeting with your team to develop the next version of your project that will revolutionize the world, but don’t know how to book a meeting room? Don’t worry, you’re in the right place! 

  - Go to the following link: https://make-reservations.epfl.ch
  - Log in with your EPFL credentials if necessary (if you already have an active EPFL login session on EntraID, you will be logged in automatically)
  - Select which room you'd like to book. Note that you will be able to book only rooms you are authorized to book, for example the 3 meeting rooms of the SPOT are reserved to [[https://make.epfl.ch/projects/?category=interdisciplinary-2|interdisciplinary projects]] only, and you need to be registered in such a project to be able to book these rooms.
  - You can now fill in the information related to your meeting.

You can find the weekly reservation schedule in two places:

  - On the [[https://make.epfl.ch/equipment/totem-24|Totem screens]] next to the meeting rooms of the SPOT. If the totem is unplugged, just plug it back in and it will automatically display the schedule of the next 7 days.
  - Online on the following link (only for the next 7 days): https://dllstisrv1.epfl.ch/res/show.php
  - Online on https://make-reservations.epfl.ch/ you can see the calendar of a room for multiple weeks once you select a room
