Meeting rooms are reserved for interdisciplinary projects. These are spaces designed for team meetings and discussions around an interdisciplinary project. Please respect this rule, do not book meeting rooms if you are not going to use it and honor the reserved time slots.

Do you need to organize a meeting with your team to develop the next version of your project that will revolutionize the world, but don’t know how to book a meeting room? Don’t worry, you’re in the right place! First of all, congratulations—we’re all excited to see your project come to fruition and watch you become the charismatic leader you’ve always had within you!

  - Go to the following link: https://make.epfl.ch/res/
  - Log in with your EPFL credentials.
  - You can now fill in the information related to your meeting. You can find the weekly reservation schedule in two places:
