 +  * (mandatory) An EPFL Professor taking in charge the project (see [[public:make_submission_process:make_for_edu_roles| roles and responsability]] for more information)
 +  * A coordinator (EPFL employee ideally under the responsility of the Professor in charge) to coordinate the project and follow up regularly with students and stakeholders around the project. For MAKE for Society projects, it is allowed to have a the Professor endorsing the role of coodinator.

Students must question non-technical dimensions of the project as well, see more about the learning objectives in the table down below.

The MAKE committee decided to allow for a maximum a 10'000 chf.- per academic year. The funding must be requested based on the requirements of the prototype to be built and validated at the end of the embryo phase with Michka Mélo and Julien Delisle.
