The students have the responsability to run the project from A to Z, with the approval of their Professor and coordinator. They can be hold responsible if they lack transparency towards their supervisors. They are therefore required to be completely transparent with their supervisors, especially about important decisions (for example signing a new sponsoring contract, engaging in off-campus activities, ensuring students are insured properly etc..)

+Every team is encouraged to think about their management and organizational structure (top-down with a hierarchy, flatter managerial structure with more consensual decision making etc..) but the MAKE committee is requesting at least two student leaders to sign the MAKE submission :
