These software and licences are reserved for interdisciplinary projects. This license pool includes different software and programs from those used for EPFL courses and has a limited number of licenses. Therefore, it's important to use them only for interdisciplinary projects.
To use software or a software license provided for interdisciplinary projects, it's important to ensure that you meet the conditions outlined in the following procedure. Notably, it's essential to be registered as a member of an interdisciplinary project.
To use software or a software license, you must first agree to the terms of use (EULA) via the following link : https://support.epfl.ch/epfl?id=epfl_eula_conditions
Once on the page, search for the corresponding software name, carefully read the terms (even the fine print ), and accept the conditions.
After completing this, you can check if you belong to the appropriate group on the following site: https://groups.epfl.ch –> all groups –> search software name_users (for example ansys_user or catia_user). If you belong to the right group you are a valid user and you will be able to launch the software on our computers.
