Ok, so the video shows the MK3 procedure. Don't panic, the MK4 interface is even easier to use.
In the main menu, just go to Filament. You can then unload the filament if necessary, or just Load filament if the printer is empty.
The next steps are basically the same. Just follow the printer's instructions and be sure to purge one or two times.
