These software and licences are reserved for interdisciplinary projects. This license pool includes different software and programs from those used for EPFL courses and has a limited number of licenses. Therefore, it's important to use them only for interdisciplinary projects.

===== Prerequisites =====

To use software or a software license provided for interdisciplinary projects, it's important to ensure that you meet the conditions outlined in the following procedure. Notably, it's essential to be registered as a member of an interdisciplinary project.

===== Validation of Terms of Use =====

To use software or a software license, you must first agree to the terms of use (EULA) via the [[https://support.epfl.ch/epfl?id=epfl_eula_conditions|following link]] : https://support.epfl.ch/epfl?id=epfl_eula_conditions

Once on the page, search for the corresponding software name, carefully read the terms (even the fine print ;-) ), and accept the conditions.

After completing this, you can check if you belong to the appropriate group on the following site: https://groups.epfl.ch --> all groups --> search software name_users (for example ansys_user or catia_user). If you belong to the right group you are a valid user and you will be able to launch the software on our computers.
